Mod Masters Original Tutorials! How to Flash a
keyvault into your nand file!
First off you will need Flash Dump
Tool I find it easiest to put the flash dump tool on my flash drive with the
files I will be working with, here is a list of hte files I use what I
named them and what they really are: 1. 360 Flash Tool.exe - This is
the program you use to flash and manupilate your NAND file with 2.
sp9199.bin - This is my nand file unedited with the latest 9199 dashboard
incorporated in it. 3. KV_dec.bin - This is the keyvault I purchased
online from a tursted source, its scheduled to be booted today at 2pm so I
better get moving! :-) 4. updflash.bin - This will be the final file created
by this process that I will use to flash into my JTAGED 360, It will NOT be in
your file list the first time you run through this tutorial because it wil be
created during the tutorial, but weill be overwritten in the future. 5.
KV_Info.txt - this is a simple text file that should have your CPU key and your
DVD drive key in it
OK let go! open your kv_info.txt file and copy
your cpu key, you HAVE to have your CPU key to proceed, so get it and copy it
(highlight it and Control-C on your keyboard this will copy it to your system
clipbaord) open 360 flash tool click "Settings" then click "Keys"
Then check the box that says cpu-key and paste it in there, you can simply
put your cursor in the cpu key box and hit control-V, VIOLA, cpu key is patsed
in there Click OK

Now you are going to open your NAND file Click the ... box
and select your 9199 nand file, in this case its spoof9199.bin you should see
all the NAND info if you put your cpu key in right Now click the IMPORT
Button

You will check the box that
says key vault then click the box with the three ...

You will then goto your keyvault, here its called
KV_dec.bin, you select it and click open

Boom! its now in this box,
simply click, OK

At this point it will create a new file as it does not
alter your sp9199.bin file, it wants to save your modified NAND as a new file,
its a good time to create your updflash.bin file. If you alrady have one here,
simply overwrite it. so write in the file name box, updlash.bin
and click save

Now we still have hte OLD sp9199.bin file open its
time to copy the DVD drive key and REMEMBER the OSIG Here I have highlighted
the DVD KEY and I copied to the clicpbaord (control c or you can right click and
select copy) you ALSO remember hte OSIG in your HEAD, here its the plds
dg-16d2s 7485

Now we are going to open the new updflash.bin file we
created (or overwrote) by clicking the familar ... open button on the
top

select the updflash.bin and click open

Now that the updflash is open you notice the DVD drive
info is different, we need to change it back to our original settings Click
the Patch button on the bottom

This opens this window, click the box that says
patch key vault PASTE in your DVD key by highlighning the one that is there
and hitting control V or right click and paste ALSO change ht OSIG to YOUR
OSIG That you remembered from the previous step. Then click OK

Now its going to ask you to save the entire NAND file
again, we are going to select updflash.bin and click save

Its going to ask you to overwrite the file? and you
say YES.
Now you have a your new nand with your new keyvault embedded in
it ready to flash into your 360.
The easiest way to flash it into
your 360 is to take your thumbdrive out of your computer now and put in in your
360 pull the power plug from the back of the 360 and plug it back in hit
the eject button the 360 that's it. you sit back and watch it flash the
updflash.bin file to your 360 It will take over a minute to complete this
task and it will seem like its locked up at one point, it NOT, just be patient
and wait, it will flahs and then your good to go!!!
Be
safe!!
