The Short answer is No, most likely not. Just purchase a new xbox and play that one on live and keep your current modded xbox for all offline play of your legal backups!
We keep getting lots of folks still asking this question saying they heard it was possible, and the answer is Yes and no, Yes it is possibly and no its not possible for you cuz the July LIVE update made it not possible.
