Well after lots of folks have reported that the dashboard update went good and they are playing thier legal backups on Live! with no problems we are giving the green light for Live! play once again. Only people who played pre-release games online seemed to have gotten banned. (only 1 reported to me). So be sure your games are properly stealth patched using the latest ABGX 360 V0.9.4 and you should be fine!
