Q: Can I play Backups on LIVE!

A: You can if the game you are playing was properly stealth patched. Looks like Micrsoft cannot detect if the console is modded but can tell if you are playing a original game in your system from the way it ws created. So if you are going ot play on LIVE with a backup, be sure its properly stealth patched.
