Please be aware that the new dashboard update the "fall update" 08 is one of the biggest dashboard updates EVER to the Xbox 360, this revolutionary update is rumored to have new security measures that could potentially detect the latest iExtreme 1.4 firmware. If this is true you could be banned from live after this upgrade. 

We caution ALL of our customers to NOT USE LIVE if you install this update at least 2 weeks or when proper testing has been done as to make sure it is safe for live.
