I've been to ModMasters to get both my Wii and my 360 repaired. They do a great job fixing any console. Jason is quick and efficient with his repairs. During the 1 hr that I was there recently, he not only repaired my XBox right in front of me, but also took the time to explain to me what went wrong in the first place. Very impressive work on fixing the three red rings on my 360, and fast too

Had them fix a e74 error on my 360. Great service and its been almost a month and all is well. They people are cool and down to earth so you should be too! I advise those who need xbox work to check them out.

No more modding?

I have a 2006 series XBOX 360, stupid me I had never cleaned or serviced my unit so one day while I was playing GTAIV all of sudden my unit jammed and nothin. I tried to repower the unit and wamo the ring of red death nothing. So I started doing my research and half of the other companies out there required that I mail them my unit or paid over $160 what the hell that is almost half the price of a new box. Then finally I found Mod Masters and I took my box to the Everett location and he said that once he figured it out he would call me with a estimate. To my pleasure he called me back in a half an hour and came in a lot cheaper than the competition I said yes go ahead and repair my unit. About two hours later he called me back and I picked up my unit. So far so good. I will be a customer for life............ Ryan Roberts Mill Creek WA..

Lane ROCKS! I called on the phone, he gave open and honest advice. I was ready to bring in my WII (Japanese version, already modded when I bought it in Thailand) to have him work on it.

He told me the straight truth that he would download a WiiKEY update (japanese version), burn it to DVD then update the WiiKEY. MAYBE he'd take a cotton swab to wipe off the CD rom lens.

By being honest he may have lost out on a $50-100 "tune up" from me. BUT his honesty has gained him a customer forever! I'll happily recommend him to everyone I know who needs any mod work on their game systems... and I'd trust him completely with a system that I drop in the postal system to have him work on the system if I'm not in the neighborhood.

Got my Wii modded from mod master about a year ago when it first came out with Wiinja but had a problem not being able to play back up games today. I called him up and he replaced my old wiinja chip with new wiikey for FREE!!! You can't expect that kinda of service from NOBODY!!! You have a customer for life!!! Thanks!!
